RETURNS POLICY

Application of this Returns Policy
1. This Returns Policy applies to products purchased by you through the website owned and operated by Artoby Pty Ltd (ABN 41 123 032 815) trading as Turramurra Natural Beauty (we, us or our).
2. We may amend this Returns Policy from time to time without notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Site. Your purchase of any products after any amendment will constitute your agreement to be bound by this Returns Policy, as amended.

Your responsibility
3. You are responsible for checking and confirming that the product received conforms to the description of the product you ordered, has not been damaged in transit and is not otherwise faulty.
4. It is always important to use products as directed on their label and do a “patch test” before first use.
5. In the case your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately.

Damaged in transit
6. We take extreme care to ensure the products are packaged securely to arrive in excellent condition.
7. Any claims for carrier damage products must be submitted to us within 5 days after delivery together with a photo of the damaged product.

Returns and exchanges
8. If you incorrectly ordered a product, we are happy to accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original sealed package and in good condition within 14 days of delivery.
9. Products must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
10. Given the nature of the products, for hygienic reasons and to ensure the purity of the products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
11. All shipping charges for the product(s) returned to us are your responsibility.
12. In the case of exchange, replacement products will be charged at the price current at the time the exchange is processed together with applicable shipping charges.

Allergic Reactions
13. If you have an allergic reaction to a product within 5 days after delivery, please contact us immediately.
14. If we identify that the product purchased from us caused your skin reaction, we will refund the price paid by you for the product.

Returns Process
15. Before you return a product, you must contact us by email to service@turramurranaturalbeauty.com.au or telephone at (02) 9144 4951 to obtain a return authorisation.
16. Returns that are not authorised may experience delays in processing of applicable refunds.
17. Returns that are received by us with proper authorisation will be refunded within 10 days of receipt.
18. Refunds will be made in the amount paid by you for the product.
19. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you have received free shipping for your order, we will withhold $20.00 for the shipping charge we incurred.
20. Return shipping charges are your responsibility except in the case of damage (paragraph 7), allergic reaction (paragraph 15) or an error in delivery by us.
21. The refund will be processed to the same credit card that was used to pay for the order and when processed, you will receive an email notification from us for your records.
22. It may take up to 15 days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
