Arriving late to your appointment will unfortunately limit your treatment time. We recommend planning your day out to make sure you arrive on time and can experience the complete service we want to be able to offer you.
We understand that sometimes schedules do change, but we ask that due the popularity of our treatments that you let us know 6 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, a fee of 100% will apply with no-shows charged at the full price of the missed appointment. This also applies to all packages, gift vouchers and pre-paid services that are nonrefundable.
We offer a wide range services to suit each individuals needs. Our staff at the salon are able to help and recommend the best treatment for you that will give you the most benefit.

Yes and its very simple, just look for the book appointment links on the website and click to follow the links. If you require assistance please give the salon a call. Due to multiple staff working on packages, please call the salon for bookings as these can not be booked online.
Parking is available on Pacific Highway from 10:00am onwards. There is also parking on Telegraph Road and visitor parking is available at the rear of our building, access via Post Office Lane.
